This study aimed to design an educational micro credential model based on the principles of digital badges using the Internet in the field of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. This proposed model in its first stage is limited only to the content. The study analyzed the skills of the Arabic language for non-native speakers according to the international frameworks reference for learning foreign languages, which is the American framework reference for learning foreign languages. This framework of reference dividing foreign language skills into three levels: the beginner level, the intermediate level and the advanced level. Each of the three levels has three sub-levels: A, B, and C.

To achieve the purpose of the study used, the research methodology based on qualitative design, which is the developmental research method, it also reviewed by group interview experts review
The study revealed that, the content structure of Arabic language skills as a foreign language is six skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing, grammatical structures and critical thinking, each of skill displayed in three main levels appears in 36 digital budgets.
The study recommended the design of a partial assessment system in light of the proposed digital requirements to assess the level of proficiency in Arabic language skills as a foreign language
