This research looked into a variety of concerns and challenges in Pakistani Early Childhood Education (ECE). The study's aims were to look at the existing state of affairs, difficulties, offices, and procedures in early childhood public and private division schools. Stratified testing was used to select percentages of schools from both the public and private sectors. A total of 50 heads were chosen for the test, with 25 from each of the public and private division schools. From public and private division schools, three teachers were chosen from each school (50x3=150). Two separate surveys were created, one for CEOs and the other for instructors. Number rearranging mean, rate, and number manipulating mean were used to examine information in a quantitative way. The findings revealed that simplifying current status, practices, and offices at the ECE level is critical since it is incredibly important for children's future performance as well as enhancing proficiency rates, allowing children to more effectively enter the general public norm.
